The challenges included creating an engaging, interactive chatbot with personalized user scoring, integrating multiple communication channels like Slack smoothly, ensuring easy profile completion, and clearly presenting the project's features through a user-friendly website.
In Stage 1, the solution integrated a Facebook Messenger ChatBot, designed to engage users through interactive conversations. The ChatBot supported leading conversations and emoji interactions to boost engagement. With branching paths and random responses, the NLP chatbot offered dynamic, engaging interactions. It also included a scoring mechanism that evaluated participants based on personality types and shared preferences, fostering meaningful network connections. Stage 2 used Google Dialogflow for natural language processing and integrated Slack to unify communication channels. NodeJS serverless functions streamlined profile completion, enhancing user convenience and efficiency. A static presentation website built with Hugo showcased the project's features, benefits, and functionalities. This complete solution leveraged advanced technologies to create engaging user interactions, efficient networking, and mental health support, delivering a holistic and impactful experience across both project stages.
