Solution
Dreamlabs and our partner collaborated on two projects in different industries, with clearly defined roles: our partner handled product ownership and stakeholder management, while Dreamlabs provided software and DevOps expertise. The first project, in hospitality, involved upgrading a legacy application and infrastructure and adding new features. The joint team quickly aligned and worked autonomously, successfully refactoring code, modernizing infrastructure, and developing features like vouchers and payment integrations over 18 months. The second project, in finance, focused on cloud migration, networking, and complex coding challenges. The combined team also provided consultancy on planning, cost optimization, and code reviews. Within 15 months, they resolved key issues, improved the system, and empowered the client's team to maintain it independently.
