Our customer is a Spain-based company with branches in multiple industries, such as wellness, Information technology and food industry. The collaboration between our customer and Dreamlabs was aimed at their information technology subdivision, respectively, NFC.

Challenge
In order to define the main goal of the NFC.me application, there were multiple discovery and documentation sessions needed. The main goal was to revolutionise the way people exchange contact information, more exactly, making use of the mobile phone's NFC technology in order to easily share the information that you chose with other people by scanning their NFC.me business card.
Solution
The developed and released product was a web-only application, with mobile applications being scraped in order to make the solution as easily usable for customers as possible. In order to begin using the features, customers first needed to purchase a business card provided by NFC.me that they could customise to their linking and that would have an NFC chip with their profile's ID on it. Customers could sign up for an NFC.me account by following a simple and straightforward process, and they were able to customise their profile, add their personal and professional information ,and choose which of these to share with anyone who would scan their business card. NFC.me was tailored for individual customers for its first iteration, but there was also the possibility of defining a team and purchasing cards in bulk for members of said team.
