Dreamlabs and our partner have partnered for over 5 years, delivering projects across sectors like pharma, manufacturing, agriculture, education, energy, and transportation. Their collaboration featured clearly defined roles: in2Facts focused on reporting solutions using PowerBI and Excel, along with stakeholder management, while Dreamlabs provided software development, infrastructure, architecture, and PowerBI integration services. One major project involved creating a mobile app for a leading pharmaceutical company launching a weight loss solution. Here, in2Facts managed product ownership and stakeholder communication, while Dreamlabs handled software development and infrastructure. As the project progressed, reporting and metrics responsibilities also shifted to in2Facts. Post-launch, both teams worked closely with the client on updates and new features, ensuring the product remained fit for purpose. Another ongoing collaboration was in the human resources domain, where application needs evolved with customer demands. In2Facts led stakeholder management, and Dreamlabs took charge of development, with both teams jointly managing discovery and feedback processes. In manufacturing, the teams tackled a project requiring extremely precise calculations accurate to six decimals. To meet strict specifications, multiple discovery, demo, and adjustment sessions were held, led by representatives from both companies, ensuring the final solution met the customer's exact needs.
