Challenge
The project idea that the client approached us with was to build a wallet type application for cryptocurrency keys. Of course, there were already several well established solutions on the market, so the Stashx app had to do something to stand out. One of the features that stood out was the possibility of staking, or essentially lending, your cryptocurrency for a defined period of time in exchange for a larger return on investment.
Solution
The initial component of the Stashx application to be launched was established as the web application, with plans for the post-launch to also expand to Android and iOS native applications. Discovery and documentation for this project were very smooth, with close to total freedom for the Product Owner to define the vision and functionalities based on customer's values and market research. Amongst the main features developed for the application were the cryptocurrency wallet management, Google registration capability, as well as staking currency in exchange for a return based on the duration of staking. For this project, we collaborated with a development team assembled by the client, with members throughout Europe, Asia and Africa.
