Challenge
With a plethora of customers that they provided with HR services, our client struggled with the digitalisation, unification and tracking of all these services and benefits in a single tool. With the entirety of their customers in the Belgium area, the developed application had to cater to French and Flemish languages identically, based on individual customer preference.
Solution
Though the concept of benefits offered, calculations done and availability for each employee was difficult to grasp and the knowledge was entirely with a very small group of people, the application has been developed in such a way that our client consultants can easily define benefit availability calculations. Since its launch to end users, the tool has been the sole method of over 140 customers of Acerta, with a total of over 22.000 employees that chose their benefits over the years through plans defined in the Benefit Motivation Plan tool.
